Whether you are capturing optical emission spectroscopy data to analyze dielectric barrier discharge plasma systems, evaluating molecular structures, training neural networks, or processing financial indicators from the Nepal Stock Exchange, the fundamental spirit of inquiry connects us all. Each of these diverse methodologies represents a rigorous pursuit of empirical truth, bridging foundational theory with practical application to address complex challenges in physics, chemistry, computation, and economics.
Moving from Isolated Studies to Shared Solutions is more than a theme; it is a direct call to action. We are moving away from isolated academic silos to build a shared, multidisciplinary research ecosystem right here in Nepal.
As our flagship public event and the culmination of the NSRF 2026 fellowship cohort, this symposium provides external researchers, university students, and institutional partners an open, juried platform to present original research.

Who can submit an abstract to the symposium?
Abstract submission is open to NSRF Fellows, university students, faculty members, and independent researchers. Submissions are accepted for both oral and poster presentations across all five tracks.
Can I submit my abstract to more than one track?
No. Each abstract may be submitted to one track only. If you are unsure which track fits your research best, contact us at nsrf@nssrnepal.org and we will help you decide before the deadline.
Is a full research paper required at submission time?
No. Only an abstract is required for submission. Selected high-impact research may afterwards be recommended for peer-review and publication following the evaluation process.
What is the presentation format?
Oral presentations run for 12 minutes followed by a 3-minute Q&A in parallel breakout sessions. Poster presentations are evaluated interactively during the designated poster session. Both formats are eligible for sector-wise awards.
Can I present more than one abstract?
Yes, but each presenter may present at most one oral and one poster presentation. Each presentation requires a separate abstract submission and registration.
When is the abstract submission deadline?
The early-bird deadline is November 1, 2026, and the regular deadline is November 20, 2026. Submit through the registration page well before the deadline to secure your slot.
